Le gestionnaire chantier assure un support auprès de la Direction chantier dans le suivi et la gestion des indicateurs chantier.

Il prend en charge la gestion opérationnelle des outils chantiers, de la flotte automobile et du suivi financier et budgétaire

Le poste est basé à Mérignac.

Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :

• Apporter du support aux opérations chantier (gestion de la conformité des EFR, suivi des clôtures chantier, mise en tournée des appareils dans l’outil dédié, mettre à jour les adresses et les accès, gérer la conformité des FMO, gérer les cartes professionnelles, assurer le suivi des désincarcérations avec les sociétés extérieures dédiées…)

• Gérer la relation avec les bureaux de contrôle et les bureaux d’études (organiser les visites chantier, suivre et coordonner les rapports de réserves, les enregistrer, créer les devis…

• Apporter du supports aux achats et à la relation fournisseurs (créer ou modifier des comptes fournisseurs, suivre le règlement des factures, coordonner les demandes d’achats, gérer les commandes…)

• Gérer la flotte de véhicules (mettre à jour le fichier des véhicules, suivre et gérer le règlement des amendes, gérer les procédure de déclaration de vol ou sinistre, gérer les assurances, les cartes grises et les cartes carburant, assurer la relation avec le pôle logistique…)…

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Être diplômé d’un enseignement enAssistanat de manager, Assistanat de Direction, comptabilité, Gestion ou expérience professionnelle équivalente

• Maitriser les outils de la Suite Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point

• Une connaissance de JDE, Power BI et Gestor est un plus

• Savoir communiquer, être organisé et avoir un grand sens du service
