Your fluency in German and proficiency in English will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse client base. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office.Key Responsibilities: * Client Consultation and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with German-speaking clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
  • Develop customized marketing strategies and plans that leverage Google Ads products to achieve client objectives.
  • Present and explain marketing strategies to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and expected outcomes.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Client Support and Relationship Management:
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and client feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign details, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is advantageous but not required for junior profiles.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads products and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate marketing tools and software.
