German Speaking Customer Service – Banking – onsiteMadrid, SpainGross salary €20,730 per year + 32 days holidaysPosition OverviewJoin a dedicated team in providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking banking clients. This role involves assisting customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, and sharing information on innovative digital banking products tailored for the German market.Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with general banking inquiries, account access issues, transfers, etc.
• Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Present and inform customers about banking products.
• Adhere to transparency requirements, provide accurate product details (including purpose, characteristics, and risks), and uphold regulatory standards for client protection.
• Monitor and report any application-related issues.
• Meet defined quality standards and sales objectives.

RequirementsSkills and Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Language: Fluent German (C2 level).
• Strong customer orientation, empathy, and listening skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Analytical skills and quick learner.
• Sales skills, social aptitude, and client interaction abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Experience

• Previous banking experience is beneficial but not essential.

Benefits

• Hours: 38. 5 hours per week, with shifts from 2:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. Two days off weekly, plus two weekends off monthly.
