Your responsibilities will include offering savings advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.The primary focus is on addressing the needs of bank customers via various communication channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, delivering top-notch service while showcasing innovative digital banking products in the German market.Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for banking-related issues like account opening, password locks, transfers, etc.
- Manage back-office tasks, including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Present and promote banking products.
- Adhere to transparency requirements, service information, and client protection regulations related to investment products.
- Report and follow up on application anomalies.
- Meet quality standards and sales objectives set by the entity.
RequirementsEducation
- Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Good level of English
- Fluency in Spanish is considered as a plus.
