Are you an experienced GEP-GLP expert with a passion for crop protection and agronomy? Join a dynamic and growing international contract research organization in Cuiavian-Pomeranian voivodeship, Poland, and play a key role in advancing innovative solutions for plant health.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage GEP and GLP field trials, ensuring compliance with international standards
* Collaborate with an international team on cutting-edge research projects in agrochemicals, plant protection, and fertilizers
* Provide expert advice on phytosanitary issues affecting Polish crops and the use of chemical and biological plant protection products
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project accuracy and precision
* Utilize advanced tools such as ARM, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience as a GEP-GLP Principal Field Investigator (Study Director experience preferred)
* Agronomic expertise and phytosanitary knowledge specific to Polish crops
* Familiarity with fertilizers, biostimulants, and plant protection products
* Advanced proficiency in ARM, Excel, and other relevant software
* B2 level of English
* Degree in Agriculture, Natural Science, or Biology
* Excellent team management and communication skills
* Valid driving license
