To help you achieve this mission, you will have to engage the local Program Managers to ensure that structure in the Product Generation Process and related Manufacturing Processes is realized according to your vision.Job DescriptionYou will build the processes, systems and tools to ensure that ASML factories across the world can efficient and effective introduce new products, refurb modules and products, re-use parts and phase-out products according to our customer needs in a fast-changing environment.You will be part of a team of Manufacturing professionals and will focus on cooperating with your colleagues to ensure that projects become more successful. This will call on your expertise in project and change management.Key responsibilities include:– stakeholder management across business– ownership of the product generation process for Manufacturing– drive adherence to the process and analyze process performance– conduct monthly and annual process performance management reviews with stakeholdersYou will report to the Head of Global Manufacturing Operational Excellence.Education – Experience — SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or environmental studies.You have at least 10 years of relevant experience with change management preferably in a low-volume, high-tech environment.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
