We’re working with a growing London pub company with venues that combine great food, drinks, sports, and a friendly, local atmosphere. They’re searching for a General Manager who knows how to create a welcoming experience, motivate and develop a strong team, and run a smooth, profitable operation.

The General Managers role

* As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a busy, vibrant pub. Your focus will include:
* Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service
* Managing daily operations, including bar, kitchen, and floor
* Overseeing budgets, costs, and reporting
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff
* Maintaining high standards while fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere
* Driving sales while ensuring the pub remains a favourite local spot

Who We’re Looking For

* A people-focused leader with experience running a high-volume pub, bar, or hospitality venue
* Someone who thrives on building strong teams and retaining great talent
* Commercially minded with operational and financial understanding
* Energetic, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
* Someone who values community, good food, and great drinks
