Scopul rolului

Coordonarea integrala a activitatilor de antrepriza generala pentru proiecte de constructii-montaj, asigurand dezvoltarea portofoliului, executarea la standarde inalte de calitate, optimizarea resurselor si mentinerea unei relatii eficiente cu clientii, furnizorii si echipele din subordine.

Responsabilitati

-Planificarea, coordonarea si supravegherea tuturor activitatilor de executie pe santier, inclusiv alocarea eficienta a personalului si resurselor.
-Monitorizarea calitatii lucrarilor si implementarea procedurilor conform standardelor tehnice si cerintelor ISO.
-Gestionarea relatiei cu clientii, furnizorii si subantreprenorii, participand la negocieri si la incheierea contractelor.
-Urmarirea graficului de executie si dispunerea masurilor necesare pentru recuperarea eventualelor intarzieri.
-Asigurarea respectarii normelor SSM, SU si a tuturor procedurilor interne pe santier.
-Supravegherea proceselor de aprovizionare si asigurarea disponibilitatii materialelor necesare.
-Recrutarea, instruirea, evaluarea si disciplinarea personalului din subordine.
