What role you will play in our team

We are seeking for Candidates who are responsible for managing and optimizing ExxonMobil gas supply and demand balance and transportation capacity for relevant portfolios 
Work with different functions within Upstream (supported business lines, Volume & Invoice Management, Contract Management, Digital, etc.) to maximise the value of ExxonMobil equity and third party purchases portfolio
Support business lines in achieving their goals through base balancing activities, and identifying and actioning optimization/value generation opportunities if and when applicable
Assist other teams and/or business interfaces with various activities as requested

What you will do
-Manage daily supply and demand balance of supported portfolios within endorsed guidelines as part of the monthly/weekly/daily planning process
-Execute commercial gas and capacity transactions to balance ExxonMobil’s portfolio in the relevant market as per daily mandate.
-Take within day balancing actions and manage capacity to avoid imbalances, capacity overruns or contractual penalties
-Ensure contractual commitments are achieved and matched
-Develope and maintain excellent working relationships with Transporters and industry Gas Control/Dispatching centres
-Ensure EM meets respective Transmission System scheduling and balancing obligations
 

About you: skills and qualifications

• College or university graduate or equivalent experience in logistics & operations
• Excellent organization and time management skills, multi-task and make decisions in a dynamic operational environment under time pressure and changing priorities
• Good analytical skills and high attention to details
• Computer literate, able to work with multiple platforms
• Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Willing to work in a shift pattern (incl. weekends)
• Fluent level of English is required
• Strong controls and safety awareness and mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, effective in working and collaboration with other
