Why do we need a Game Designer ?
Almost all the studio is now focusing on this AAA action-adventure combat game. We need a Game Designer to spearhead gameplay design, particularly in building comprehensive 3Cs and combat systems. Your strategic vision will guide the creation of engaging gameplay mechanics that are integral to immersive player experiences. Your expertise will not only define game interactions but also support the narrative and artistic coherence of our expansive game worlds.Your future team
You will work with a team of about ten people including a Lead Game Designer, a Producer, paired with a programmer and artists in a feature team.
Baptiste (Lead Game Designer) will be your future manager.Key information

• Accepting permanent staff and freelance candidates

Compensation and Benefits (France) :

• 32k euros to 40k euros (+ depending on profile)

• Strategic Game Architect : With over 3 years in gameplay design, you will craft compelling 3Cs and combat systems, shaping the pulse of player interactions from inception through to a polished end product.

• Technical Gameplay Maestro : Harness your scripting skills to implement intricate character logic and collaborate across teams to integrate animations, sound, and visual effects, enhancing the gameplay experience.

• Teamplayer : You will work closely with different people organized in feature teams and collaborating with the design team.

• For Players, your designs will provide an engaging and dynamic combat experience, deepening their immersion in the game world.

• For the Game, your expertise in defining combat mechanics will set a high standard for gameplay, aligning closely with narrative and technical elements for a cohesive experience.
