We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the BME FX Spot Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the day-to-day activities of our FX trading platform, ensuring seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

• oversee the smooth running of the trading platform and coordinate with IT for new releases
• supervise the execution of FX trading operations and resolve incidents promptly
• implement and improve operational processes to maximize platform efficiency
• follow-up on the onboarding of new customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• support the General Manager in developing strategies and plans
• ensure the platform’s compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

What You Will Bring

• proven experience in managing FX trading platforms or similar financial services at least for 2 years
• strong leadership and team management abilities
• familiarity with IT processes related to trading platforms
• ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
• dedication to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in the FX market
