The Position
As a part of QC Support, LEAN & Flow team, you will become a member of a team of Project managers, Professionals, Lab technicians and Specialists covering all aspects of cross-cutting processes in the future QC. The team working as a central unit, focusing on ensuring common processes across all future departments, including samples and material flows. You will primarily be working on ensuring processes and workflows related to sample reception, including external transport from production sites and planning of internal distribution. This will involve working closely with logistics and production sites. Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring the proper design of common facilities and utilities in the building.
Your daily tasks will include, but surely not be limited to:
-Executing ambitious project plans, milestones and activities to ensure deadlines are met.
-Ensuring adequate design, supervising construction, and supporting qualification of processes/equipment according to requirements.
-Participating in the preparation of needed procedures included preparing future SOP’s, for workflows of the supporting functions.
-Supporting role in securing compliance and ready for use of the future flow, utilities, and equipment. Ensuring a future QC for Line of Business.
-Plan and facilitate workshops.
-Participate in a highly important project of introducing new optimised processes and equipment where needed.
-Supporting a set-up and governance that ensures maintaining the established processes/equipment after implementation.
The position is within the QC Processes department, which is divided into 2 teams. The department is responsible for designing the QC workflows and future setups. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, with the opportunity to bring our laboratory into a future state with optimised processes and new equipment.
The team will also be responsible for implementing the future equipment for the cross-cutting processes. You will collaborate closely with workstream owner of the sample central and stakeholders both locally in the project and from Line of Business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have the following:
-A relevant diploma/academic degree or relevant work experience, and preferably within QC or production in the pharmaceutical industry (could include roles like Laboratory Technician/Operator).
-Experience from the pharma industry or other regulated industry where GMP or similar requirements exist.
-A strong Lean-methodology toolbox, combined with a natural passion for doing things smarter and better.
-Stakeholder management experience, preferably from a global company in a GMP context would be an asset.
-Experience or interest in working with validation (FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ) is preferred.
-Experience with planning tools and LIMS systems would be considered as advantage.
-Full professional proficiency in English.

You have great communication and stakeholder management skills, when it comes to creating and facilitating workshops as well as keeping your stakeholders motivated, engaged, and informed. Finally, you have a quality mindset and a sharp eye for detail that you apply when needed.
