This role is ideal for a lawyer with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of fund formation and investment management matters under the guidance of experienced partners.Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and offering memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex funds law issues, including regulatory requirements and tax considerations.
• Liaise with clients, fund managers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate fund launches and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in due diligence processes and review legal documentation to identify potential risks and issues.
• Stay updated on developments in funds law and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in France.
• 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in funds law, gained at a reputable law firm or financial institution.
• Strong academic background, with a law degree from a reputable institution.
• Excellent knowledge of funds law and regulations.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
