You will focus on the formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring, and termination of various domestic and offshore investment vehicles, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, and private equity funds.Advise clients on legal matters related to domestic and offshore investment vehiclesAssist in the formation, restructuring, and termination of fundsEnsure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance for clients’ fundsEngage in business development and firm promotion activitiesContribute to the team’s knowledge sharing and expertise developmentSupervise and mentor junior lawyers within the teamRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ PQE as an investment funds, regulatory, or corporate lawyerStrong academic background and excellent drafting skillsExperience working in a top-tier law firm is highly advantageousFor more information about this position, please get in touch with Rebecca Collins.
