  • 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services in the area of operations
  • Experience in data set up will be strong asset
  • Fund industry knowledge will be an advantage
  • Ability to perform effectively to strict deadlines and maintain an organized approach to ongoing review dates
  • Fluency in English
  • Problem resolution, analytical and administrative skills
  • Client focused, open-minded and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working experience in Office package

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new funds in the systems following the tools and documentation
  • Analysing fund application form for fund on boarding and reviewing all registration activities in accordance with Departmental procedures and deadlines
  • Conducting complex open source intelligence research and case investigations process on different internal and external sources
  • Responding to any query from internal or external source in relation to the activity within SLA
  • Reviewing new account opening in the internal BNP platforms and initiating/document call-backs required on qualifying trading and static data updates
  • Liaising with Legal, dealing team or internal departments as necessary
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain registration documents
  • Updating client’s wire details and static data as per investor request
  • Working with the oversight team, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfil client due diligence
  • Responding to queries and requests from investors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitoring incoming requests on BNP systems and emails
