As a Fund Administration Process Expert, you take on the challenge of making our operational operations more effective and efficient. A strategic role that starts with understanding our fund administration processes in order to manage and optimize them.

In addition, you have final responsibility for the NAV (Net Asset Value) of our funds, the accounting processes and the adequate calculation of NAV prices.

What do we expect from you

• You are in contact with external auditors and regulators regarding NAV calculations, annual reporting and tax returns;
• Together with your team you think about how our processes can be improved. You take ownership of improvement proposals;
• You set up control mechanisms to monitor that NAV calculation is done correctly and that the figures we publish are correct (NAV, TIS, DBI, …);
• Less experienced bookkeepers in your team can count on you for guidance and coaching;
• We are currently switching to a new system; the portfolio management system SimCorp Dimension. You are part of the team supporting this migration.

Your assets

• Confident businesswoman working on laptop at her workplace at modern office. Blurred background;
• You have a master’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in the accounting of funds domiciled in Belgium, Luxembourg or Ireland. For example, you were involved in the daily calculation of NAV figures and you built up knowledge around regulatory requirements;
• You have experience in mapping and/or improving processes, either as a member of a project team or as a project leader;
• You are strongly process-oriented: you can define and analyze business processes, structure them and you excel in analytical and conceptual thinking;
• Based on your experience and insight, you can evaluate operational risks and propose structural improvements;
• You enjoy working with others and you like to achieve goals as a team;
• As a mature professional you find it easy to organize your own work according to timings and deadlines;
• You look forward to getting to know SimCorp Dimension. Great if you already know this application, but it is not a must. We provide training, so that you can quickly get started independently;
• You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is an added value.
