Our people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent.Job PurposeIn the environment of our Payroll & Reward solutions, the Functional Analyst Integrations is responsible for analyzing and documenting the requirements of our integrations tools. As part of an international team, he or she develops custom-fit functional descriptions and, together with the team, take end-to-end responsibility for forward-looking and strategically important products. The Functional Analyst Integrations is a key person in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders of all kinds. Agile teamwork and taking responsibility are our lived motto.Overview of the main responsibilities

  • Analyze new requirements and legal changes for corporate tools and transfer them into user stories after alignment with the product owner
  • Analyze new features and legal changes for existing integrations
  • Analyze ways to improve internal technical tools which are used to assist in integration or monitoring
  • Write documentation on the existing tools and systems, preferably in UML or other techniques. This in collaboration with the product owner and the whole team
  • Cooperate in the analyses for Sparc simplified, a new process of integrating large customers with local Belgian applications.
  • Support our implementation and support consultants when they set up and support the customer integrations
  • Perform tests on all levels, functional testing, acceptance testing and E2E testing of the integration solutions
  • Participate actively in the communication about the developed functionality to the target group / stakeholders

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business or technology or equivalent professional experience
  • Interest and/or experience in Payroll technology and processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a desire to dive into details
  • Agile thinking and working methods are a matter of course
  • Pragmatic focus on outcome and goal achievement
  • Commitment to achieving sprint and squad goals
  • Willing to work in a multicultural/international environment and have sufficient knowledge of English (B level) and Dutch (C-level).
