As partners of SAP, Adobe, and Shopify, and with increasing experience in “composable” architectures, we integrate diverse components to deliver optimal results.To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Experienced Functional Analyst E-commerce who can leverage extensive expertise to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions across various platforms for our clients.Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Functional Analyst, you will take a leading role in ensuring our clients’ business requirements are analyzed, defined, and implemented into robust e-commerce solutions. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions, implement solutions across multiple platforms, and deliver measurable business value.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading workshops to assess complex client challenges and translating these into actionable User Stories and requirements.
  • Developing comprehensive business cases, comparing As-Is vs. To-Be scenarios and performing detailed Fit-Gap analyses to define strategic solutions.
  • Designing technically sound solutions in collaboration with architects, leveraging a composable approach or selecting the best tools and platforms for the client.
  • Advising clients on strategic decisions, including selecting the most effective solutions to support and enhance their commerce activities.
  • Configuring platforms and drafting high-quality functional specifications for complex custom development requirements.
  • Conducting in-depth client training and developing comprehensive test scenarios to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
  • Acting as a senior liaison between clients and internal team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment within an agile project methodology.
  • Driving quality assurance by testing and validating proposed solutions and their functionalities.
  • Supporting go-live phases and ensuring the smooth transition of solutions to clients.
  • Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing within the internal team to elevate organizational expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent through experience.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as an e-commerce Business or Functional Analyst.
  • Proven experience working with various e-commerce platforms and delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS software development and implementation processes.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, including composable architectures and tool integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and as a senior team member, taking ownership of complex projects.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
