The program focuses on delivering mobile apps, web interfaces, and cloud backends to support operational personnel in their daily duties.Responsibilities

• Support Development Team: Work closely with the development team to deliver business requirements for operational staff.
• Translation of Business Needs: Convert business requirements into UI designs, functional and technical analyses for front and back-end developers.
• Testing and Documentation: Participate in testing, documentation, preparation, and support of production deployments.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Collect requirements from business users and help define the backlog for the development team.
• Feature Development: Translate business demands into features and epics for the development team.
• Functional Improvements: Suggest improvements to existing applications to meet the needs of end-users.
• Bug Analysis and Data Quality: Analyze bugs and data quality issues in applications and suggest improvements.
• Process Documentation: Document process and information streams, applications, and provide reports and dashboards.
• Test Scenarios: Deliver and participate in testing scenarios.
• Collaboration: Liaise with business users, functional analysts, developers, and architects.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in an Agile delivery team.

Specific Requirements

• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to understand and translate business needs.
• Cooperation Skills: Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively within the team.
• Residency: Belgian residency with on-premises availability up to 5 days a week.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1+) and either French (B2+) or Dutch (B2+), with excellent communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT.
• IT Applications: Experience in the design or implementation of IT applications is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge as an end-user of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Mindset: Result-oriented and team-player mindset, resistant to stress.
• Agile Experience: Experience as a member of a development/delivery team and familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the railway sector is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Xamarin and .NET is a plus.
