Job description
Our client is a business and technology consultancy active in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, the public Sector, Telecom and Utilities.
- You delve into and analyze processes, developing a solid understanding of existing processes.
- This involves studying the gap between the desired situation (needs) and the current situation.
- You document your analyses and process improvement actions.
- You serve as the liaison between users and developers, comprehending needs, analyzing processes, and controlling this information to convert it into functional specifications.
- You challenge developers to consider users’ needs in a sustainable and scalable manner.
- You organize working groups for various ongoing projects with relevant stakeholders and closely monitor project progress.
- You develop functional analyses based on the results of these working groups.
- You coordinate functional tests for users and incorporate their feedback.
- You ensure that the outcome contributes to the architectural vision and complies with predefined standards, functional specifications, company specifications, etc.
- You thoroughly analyze the causes of detected incidents and define short-term (temporary) and medium to long-term (structural) solutions within the incident and problem management framework.
- You regularly provide feedback on the progress of your activities to the project manager and various stakeholders (users and within the ICT management).
- You are involved in an on-call service system to ensure business continuity (i.e., remote standby service).

- You have a proven experience in Functional Analysis
- Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, …)
- You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
- You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
- Experiences in testing and knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (HPQC, NUnit)
- You are capable to think out of the box and maintain in the meantime a pragmatic approach
