Are you ready to join us?Your teamYour team is responsible for a key process in the Belgian payroll process, namely Dimona. Your self-organizing agile team is part of the organization that delivers all payroll services for our Belgian customers. The focus of your team? Make sure the dimona declarations to government are done in a qualitative and timely manner. Currently we are running a project to redesign and rewrite our dimona processes. We need a functional analist to help us with that and so can build his/her expertise in this complex domain. Behind the scenes you will find various systems, databases and interesting payroll software, a multidisciplinary team and different technologies.Who are your colleagues?Of course your direct colleagues. Together with them you work to achieve your sprint goals. In addition, you will also work with other product teams and supporting teams to have the whole dimona process working properly.Your responsibilities

• As a functional analyst you are a functional allrounder.
• Main task is analyzing the complex world of dimona and translating this complexity to your team through user stories.
• The domain of Payroll and especially dimona is your playground.
• You actively participate in team meetings within the scrum methodology, you are flexible in the tasks you have to perform and very cooperative with the rest of the team.
• Next to functional analysis responsibilities, we expect our functional allrounder also to take up tasks that are typically more into a projectlead function: setting up a delivery plan, set out project goals, communicate with stakeholders outside the squad about the project deliveries, etc.

Profile

• You are critical and analytical.
• Knowledge on Belgian payroll is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of the current SD Worx application landscape and/or specific Dimona knowledge is an important plus.
• You can think things out conceptually and you have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive and flexibility are part of your DNA.
• You are fluent in oral and written communication, regardless of the stakeholder (colleague, business, customer,…).
• You have affinity with technical items and data structures.
• You have basic knowledge of SQL or are willing to learn more about it.
• You show initiative, communicate proactively.
• You want to be a real team player, who participates in scrum events and lets the group result take precedence.
• You have an agile mind, show transparency in your work and adapt your working methods in a changing environment by receiving and giving feedback.
• You are result-oriented and see meeting a deadline together with your team as a challenge.
• Quality is of paramount importance to you.
• Dutch (native) & English, confident in speaking and writing.
