We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and partner with a local primary school which has a vibrant and inclusive primary school.Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience.Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.Support children with special educational needs (SEN) as required.Requirements:Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable.Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are a plus.What We Offer:A supportive and friendly working environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
