Christ Church Boat Club, founded in 1817, provides rowing opportunities for students, offering a mix of both ‘learn to row’ and competitive programmes. Our crews train from the Boathouse and at our Sandford Lock base c. 3 miles east of Oxford.We have excellent facilities at our Boathouse, including a large heated workshop, and we are looking for someone with a broad range of practical maintenance skills, experience in towing and repairing boats and the ability to undertake some coaching.An enhanced DBS check will be required for the postholder. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with the flexibility to work occasional weekends as and when required with TOIL, although part-time working would be considered.If you have what we are looking for, we would like to hear from you.
