Offer DescriptionAssistant professor in the group of research and teaching staff, ready for active scientific and research work as well as teaching (including lectures and laboratory exercises) in accordance with the profile of the Chair. The candidate will be offered support in scientific development, the possibility of participation in scientific projects, possibility of international cooperation. • have Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Mathematics (specialization in applied mathematics preferred) or a related discipline
• have high motivation for scientific and research work,
• have very good knowledge of Polish in speech and writing,
• have good knowledge of English in speech and writing,
• are authors of scientific publications with an international reach,
• have experience in managing or participating in research projects on national or international level,
• have at least 2 years of experience in web application development with one or both of the following technology stacks:
• Java programming language and Spring Boot framework (Spring Data, Spring Web, Spring Security, experience in Spring Boot applications testing, knowledge and experience in web applications and REST web services development, good knowledge of SQL and experience in integrating SQL and NoSQL databases with Java applications);
• TypeScript language and Angular framework (knowledge and experience in Single Page Applications development, good knowledge of reactive programming with RxJS library and application state management with NgRx, experience in user interface development using Angular Material component library).

Specific RequirementsWhen evaluating candidates, the following elements will also be taken into accountThe following qualities will be highly appreciated:

• ability to work in teams and experience in using IT project supporting techniques and tools (Git version control, task management systems, issue tracking tools, basic knowledge on CI/CD techniques);
• experience in business and industrial projects.

• participation in didactic process,
• participation in organizational, scientific and didactic undertakings of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology,
• participation in EUNICoast project.
