  • Lead and motivate a team in your area of responsibility, ensuring high product availability, smooth daily operations and a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Take ownership of identifying, recruiting, developing and retaining talents within the team, building a diverse and high-performing group ready to take on future challenges.
  • Ensure a clean, organised and safe working environment across all activities, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with internal standards, policies and local regulations.
  • Secure efficient daily operations by planning people, shifts, workflow and equipment while analysing priorities, volumes and seasonal needs. Encourage quality awareness within the team to reduce errors and support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the operations area, integrating them into daily practices and team behaviours.
  • What you’ll need to have
  • Experience coordinating or supervising a team, ideally in a fast-paced operational or customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, logistics, production or similar).
  • Understanding of basic operational processes, tools and working methods, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new ways of working.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to adapt different leadership styles according to the needs of people and situations.
  • Ability to understand costs, priorities and key performance indicators, using them to plan activities and support decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to following standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and reliability in daily routines.
  • Interest or basic skills in safe equipment usage (training provided).
  • Ability to communicate confidently in both Italian and English.
