Our strategically placed offices around the world offer opportunities to work on diverse international mandates and you will have significant client exposure and impact.FTI Capital Advisors is looking to invest in your future by considering you for an Investment Banking Intern opportunity of 6 months, starting in June 2025.What You will DoAs an Investment Banking Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, getting involved in certain stages from origination to closing. You’ll help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel. Furthermore, you will assist in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance. A solid understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies is essential.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering.Full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation date between September 2024 and September 2026.Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA .Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Available to join as a full-time intern for 6 months.Preferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge and a keen interest in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) industry.An understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Additional language skills are considered an asset.Our BenefitsOur goal is to support the well-being of you and your families—physically, emotionally, and financially.
