A Day in the Life of…As Front Office Supervisor you will assist the Director of Operations and Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams.You will:

  • be the team leader and assist with the introduction of new team members.
  • assist your team with all challenges and issues during evenings/weekends.
  • oversee all continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided regularly.
  • ensure cooperation with other departments, particularly housekeeping and maintenance.
  • act as the manager on duty on certain days.
  • discuss operations with the Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, Finance team and other departments.
