It’s an exciting and inspiring new employment opportunity and the great chance to be part of a unique professional experience at the same time. aparto believes in student homes, not student rooms, and we want to provide the best experience possible for students and you travellersResponsibilitiesRole ProfileBased in Florence, as Front Office Manager of the brand new aparto Florence Manifattura, you will be the key figure in overseeing and organizing the daily operations of the reception: front office department, the housekeeping and the maintenance teams. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure that guests receive outstanding service and that all check-in/check-out and guest service operations run smoothly.
