Job description

• Ensures that all guests receive a warm welcome and courteous welcome upon check-in and check-out, uses guest names as often as possible
• Ensures the guests are assigned to the type of room requested in accordance with the rate
• Works according to the hotel standards and according to schedule, inclusive of night shifts
• Attends to guest enquiries, request or complaints in an efficient and courteous manner, referring to management whenever necessary
• Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities
