As a front office employee you are responsible for the cordial check-in and check-out of our guests and inspire them with your open character.Your workplace is located in our newly designed, light-flooded lobby. It is a fusion between bar and reception where our guests are the centre of attention.Guest service is also your first priority: a friendly greeting comes just as easily to you as an exciting description of an excursion. An honest enquiry about the well-being of our families is a matter of course for you, as is the quick resolution of any complaints.WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• Guest-oriented thinking and acting
• Flexibility and enjoyment of working with family and children
• Experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and motivation to bring the Lido to the top together with us
• Language skills: German, Italian, English
