- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points, and propose tailored software solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to build rapport and trust.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- Prior sales experience, particularly in the software industry, is advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
