This on-site role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth in the French-speaking market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the French-speaking market. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience, especially in the software industry, is advantageous but not required. We value passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
