Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with “can do” attitude to join our team. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with our internal stakeholders.  

If you have experience in a B2B or other customer service-facing role and strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!

Responsibilities
-Customer and material master data management including pre-order handling;
-Sales order management – to be the first point of contact for allnex customers receiving sales orders;
-Consignment order management & stock oversight;
-Customer request management – to ensure all kind of customer request handling being first point of contact next to sales managers;
-Dispute management – to provide proper handling of customer claims;
-Internal request management;
-Collaborate with sales managers, key account directors, and product line managers to implement price changes efficiently and accurately. 

Required skills and experience
-At least 1 year experience in a B2B or other customer service-facing role;
-Bachelor degree in Economics, IT, business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields;
-Very good English language skills – oral & written skills;
-French language skills will be considered as advantage;
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
-A logical mindset with high level of precision and responsibility;
-Proficient use and experience with SAP ERP system; 
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Project management skills.
