Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about the Procurement department in the world leading industrial coatings resins company? allnex is looking for a reliable and precise colleague who will help us maintain our Procurement processes and will coordinate with procurement team and cross functional departments.
If you are organized, accurate and proactive with the high level of responsibility, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities
-Process incoming freight invoices, solve invoice deviations and define reasons so as to prevent them from repeating;
-Upload of latest freight rates in ERP system;
-Request airfreight quotations from forwarders;
-Monthly fuel surcharge follow-up;
-Take part in communication between parties internally and externally – Logistics, Carriers, Sourcing, Accounts Payable etc.;
-Run freight reports, participate in the automatization of existing processes.

Required skills and experience
-Education preferably within the fields of logistics, economics or finance. Can also be last year student able to work full time;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills;
-Very good English language skills;
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with ERP system will be considered an asset;
-Willingness to learn and develop, mindset of responsibility and precision;
-Feels comfortable working independently, as well as can easily integrate into a team.
