Talent Acquisition|BrusselsA successful Freelance Talent Acquisition should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Perfect professional use of Dutch, French and English
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
