Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of inbound calls, appointments, and email inquiries.
– Conduct proactive outreach to potential providers through email and LinkedIn.
– Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process for counselors.
– Collaborate effectively with the team to contribute to a product that positively impacts people’s lives.

Required Qualifications:
