About Us:We are a young company specializing in the planning and execution of concerts across various niche themes (e.g., anime) throughout the DACH region. Our mission is to deliver unforgettable musical experiences, as reflected by our 4.8-star rating on Eventim. With 50 concerts planned across Germany and nearby areas in 2024, we are now also preparing to expand into France. This growth means we are looking to add dedicated and experienced freelance event managers to our team to help bring our unique events to new audiences.TasksJob Description:We are looking for talented and highly organized freelance showrunners to oversee the execution of our piano concerts on-site. Ideal candidates will have a background in event management, preferably as a showrunner (or similar role), exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating a unique event atmosphere. Concerts typically take place on consecutive Fridays and Saturdays, and you will be booked as the main responsible person for both days.Responsibilities:
You will hold the main responsibility for the concert from setup to teardown. It will be your duty to ensure that everything runs smoothly, that everyone knows their roles, and that the artistic vision is brought to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the setup and teardown of concert venues
• Coordinating with artists, vendors, and venue staff to ensure a seamless event experience
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event and providing outstanding customer service to attendees
• Monitoring and evaluating the success of the event and offering feedback for improvements

RequirementsQualifications:

• Proven experience as an event manager or in a similar role, ideally in the music or entertainment industry
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to various concert locations as needed
• Proficiency in German
• Passion for music and creating unforgettable experiences
• Advanced English skills (minimum C1 level)
