Our client, a leading financial institution based in Brussels, is seeking a Marketing Expert with extensive experience in Adobe Campaign to join their dynamic team on a freelance basis. Responsibilities:

* Fully support and coach Go-To-Market Officers in the transition to the new platform by setting up new campaigns in Adobe or migrating existing campaigns to Adobe.
* Share your expertise to support the transition and learning of Adobe Campaign.
* Based on your experiences, make recommendations to improve the way of working and existing governance between the different roles working in Adobe.
* Work with different colleagues to better understand existing campaigns and make recommendations to implement best practices.
* Follow the backlog of campaigns (new and to migrate) closely, with planning defined and steered in collaboration with the Adobe Campaign Project Manager, Team Manager, and all relevant stakeholders.
* Be fully aware of current marketing strategies to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, etc.).
* Use your assets to the fullest!

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and campaigning.
– Extensive experience with Adobe Campaign, including building campaigns from start to finish.
– Strong coaching and knowledge-sharing skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
– Proactive attitude towards colleagues and stakeholders, able to work under pressure and with changing priorities.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English and Dutch and/or French.
