• 360° HR Role

• Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Focus on hard HR, social elections, payroll
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to HR, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to foster a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in recruitment, on-boarding, hard & soft HR, Comp & Ben
• Proactive attitude with a passion for driving positive change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
