IntroductionOur client is an international and leading company active in the Private Label Food Industry. To strengthen their organization, we are currently supporting them in their search for a Freelance Customer & Sales Services Manager.Description de l’emploi

• You increase team efficiency, knowledge sharing, customer satisfaction, etc. by implementing (digital) tools and best practices.
• You Identify differences in practices between the different teams develop uniform procedures and guidelines to streamline the operations.
• You will coach the Sales Assistants on the optimal commercial administrative follow-up (quality documents, complaints, portals, new article creation, packaging projects,…) and order entry of their customers.
• You and your Customer Service team, are responsible for the financial support within the sales department.
• Your team consists of 6 employees and you report directly to the Sales Director.

Profil

• You have +/- 5 years’ of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG/ Food Industry.
• You are a real people manager and have solid experience in change management.
• You are able to set objectives, to structure , plan and organize tasks and develop processes to optimize the way of working.
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel and are familiar with SAP.
• You work results & KPI driven.
• Fluency in Dutch & English.

Offre

• Starting ASAP
• Full time occupation – +/- 6 months with the possibility of extension.
• Possibility to work from home 1 day/ week
