The Work
Reputation can be a company’s biggest business asset. We help clients to manage their reputation and brand. To anticipate risk and take advantage of emerging opportunities. We help to shape perceptions and transform and protect reputations. And we do this by developing communication campaigns that drive progress and authentic engagement, deliver real results and bring about genuine change.
With in-depth sector experience covering international affairs, consumer services, manufacturing and industrials, food and beverage, healthcare, property, financial services and energy. The breadth of our work covers everything from storytelling and narrative development to media relations, media training, political and stakeholder engagement, executive profiling, speaker programs, campaign development and execution, internal comms and issues and crisis management.
The Role
Reporting into a Director, this is a full time interim role (c.3 – 6 months+ ) due to commence April/May.
You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute integrated corporate communication strategies, manage client relationships, and provide high-level counsel on reputation management issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support and deliver strategic corporate communications campaigns for high-profile clients.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent client service.
- Work closely with content, creative, and digital teams to develop compelling communications materials.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients’ reputations and manage risks.
- Support new business pitches, bringing fresh ideas and strategic insights to the table.
About you:
- Previous corporate communications experience at an Account Director level, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience in and a passion for sustainability and purpose comms a bonus
- Strong UK media relations experience
- Able to craft compelling, audience-driven content
- Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
