  • Work inbound and outbound calls to perform charge verifications and take the appropriate action once fraud is confirmed.
  • Refer high risk cases, following the escalation policy.
  • Ability to detect and minimize fraud risk whilst enabling spend at the same time.
  • Handle customers (Service Establishments and Card Members) with the 1 Fraud voice principles.
  • Liaise with other internal teams like Fraud Risk Management, Disputes, Global Security, Credit and Card Member service.
  • Handle calls with the highest quality standards and ensure we deliver our brand promise ‘becoming the most respected service brand’.
  • Proficient at multitasking and navigation in a Microsoft environment.
  • Suggest new ideas to improve processes and Customer care.

  • Experience in working in a call centre environment is preferable.
