- Work inbound and outbound calls to perform charge verifications and take the appropriate action once fraud is confirmed.
- Refer high risk cases, following the escalation policy.
- Ability to detect and minimize fraud risk whilst enabling spend at the same time.
- Handle customers (Service Establishments and Card Members) with the 1 Fraud voice principles.
- Liaise with other internal teams like Fraud Risk Management, Disputes, Global Security, Credit and Card Member service.
- Handle calls with the highest quality standards and ensure we deliver our brand promise ‘becoming the most respected service brand’.
- Proficient at multitasking and navigation in a Microsoft environment.
- Suggest new ideas to improve processes and Customer care.

- Experience in working in a call centre environment is preferable.
