You will consequently support and define the roadmap to deliver franchise strategy, act as strategic PMO, adapt the strategy, driving related key initiatives and ensure strategy execution/implementation via an efficient and aligned Performance Management infrastructure.Your day at FerringSupport scope and structure of new project initiatives. Project manage other initiatives as neededDevelop and monitor metrics and feedback processes to assess the effectiveness of implemented programsDevelop meaningful Scorecard, and analytics (reports, dashboards); deploy and ensure usage by franchise and business leaders. Provide the EVP/SVP with ad hoc analysis, recommendations and options for decisions regarding priorities and projectsWork closely with various stakeholders in development of the franchise strategy with clear plans for implementation, including opportunities to improve efficiencies and challenge the status quoGuide end-to-end strategy deployment and propose adjustment for existing strategiesMap and monitor business risks. Communicate the plan and any deviations. Adapt Strategy and propose actions to mitigate those risks.Support franchise leaders in translating Strategy into actionable and quantitative plans which are in line with the overall roadmapEnsure alignment of Performance Management & monitoring systemsTrack KPIs and the progress of key initiatives, as well as any agreed-upon shifts in strategy or direction.
