Your day to day

We believe every plate tells a story. InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie, with a palate for serving up truly memorable dishes. Quality and High standard is part of your soul.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different , but you’ll mostly be:

● Preparing the food menu

● Maintain high-profile hygienic standards

● Follow the presentation standard and ensure product consistency meets expectations.

● Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs and adapting food ingredients following food intolerance and allergies.

● Prepares, cooks, serves and stores all the food items produced

● Implement and follow regulations regarding health and safety & HACCP rules such as hotel standards and policies and procedures

● Reporting to Executive Chef

What we need from you

• Good knowledge of food preparation and products

• Experience of 2 years or more within Kitchen department in a luxury hotel

• Able to work under pressure

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Able to work alone

• Good communication skills and genuine approach with all staff members

• Good problem-solving skills that will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories

• Knowledge of English language – extra language skills would be great, but not essential

• Familiarity with SOP’s & High Standards
