Together we can influence the world around us to make life and work better.Ferring+YouYou will deal with all the administrative operations happening within the Franchise: organize projects, contract management, budgets, documents and other administrative work for the franchise, including assistant to Senior Vice President and extended team with a minimum of guidance and direction. You should demonstrate a firm understanding of business priorities and function as a respected, active team member who can work effectively across many levels of the organization, work seamlessly across Ferring sites and cultures, to manage and optimize relevant work processes and workflows within own areas of responsibility.Your day at FerringCoordinate with the relevant project manager the development of Franchise duties such as project budgets, schedules, scope statements and project plans. Support the Franchise Ops and Strategic Projects Lead with performance management tools and trackingManagement of all departmental budget, invoices, vendors, POs, etc. including coordination with correspondent functions (i.e. Finance and Legal) as required.General administrative / secretarial duties to Sr. Management such as correspondence, calendar management, email and mail processing, presentations, minutes of meeting, filing/ documentation etc. with full discretion, dedication, and loyalty. To make travel arrangements for Sr. Management and make the necessary bookings as well as expense management. Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.Organize events, such as internal and external meetings, conferences, visits from guests, business conferences etc. to collaborate with global ops teams as required for franchise / TA events planningTo sort all kind of documents (i.e. correspondence, invoices, etc.) and file them accurately. To keep archives up-to-date. To prepare and submit expense claims.
