What you will be doing…

 

As a Framework Contract Manager, you will focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction, meeting sales revenue objectives, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners. You will oversee the execution of various projects, manage budgets, supervise project teams, and contribute to the growth and development of key accounts.

 

This role calls for a dynamic professional with a commercial mindset, leadership abilities, project management expertise, and a proven track record of handling complex international projects, particularly in the context of public or institutional clients.

 

• Client and partner relationship management
• Contract management:

-Manage the full contract lifecycle, from proposal to execution and closure.

-Allocate resources, onboard teams, and provide necessary training and support.

-Monitor financial performance and mitigate risks related to budget, quality, and timelines.

-Streamline workflows and ensure smooth project execution.

-Oversee contract administration and identify opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling.

-Manage the entire lifecycle of a contract, from proposal development to execution, including evaluation and closing.

• Business development:

-Participating to the development of opportunities, partnerships and client knowledge

-Preparing capture work and responding to tenders

 

• Team leadership and management
• Performance monitoring and reporting
• Operational excellence and quality assurance

 

What we are looking for…

 

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and ready to dive into exciting projects. Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:

 

• Min. 5 years of contract management experience, preferably within EU institutions or public sector environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a solid experience in managing complex projects and budgets.
• Inspirational leadership and team management skills, driving quality results even under challenging deadlines.
• Outstanding client and partners relationships and negotiation expertise, with a talent for spotting and leveraging growth opportunities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional EU languages is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; certifications like PMP or Prince2 are a valuable asset.
