Financial Performance & Reporting Analyst

Based:  Sofia or Plovdiv

Reports to: Financial Planning & Reporting Controller

Direct Deports: No

Position’s overview:

Support the Fixed costs monthly performance process by coordinating with business owners, analysing costs and variances, ensuring accurate cost treatment, accruals, and corrections, and calculating specific entries for month-end closing. Prepares templates, checks and analysis.

Support Capital Investments monthly process by preparing analysis, planning and reporting in cooperation with project owners.

Support the company Monthly rolling forecasts preparation related to Capital investments, Fixed costs and Free Cash flow on indirect method.

Prepares Power BI reports for Inventory movements and excise related data.

What will you do:

-Supports the FP&R Controller for organization of company Capital Investment process by preparation of Capex presentation for Monthly Meetings and coordination of Capex Investments Request submissions and approvals.
-Support Project owners of Capital Investment Requests with financial KPIs calculation.
-Capex consolidation and Capex Deck preparation according to delivery dates.
-Checks the tool for Assets under Constructions detailed status, prepared by Global Business Chares Service company.
-Calculates the depreciations forecast and Budget.
-Cooperates with Global Business Chares Service for Assets bookings, Assets write off and supportive documentation check.
-Analyses actual data entries and initiates specific corrections and costs re-allocations to be booked in SAP. Keep track and summary file for all manual corrections in coordination of GBS input.
-Monthly support for forecast calculations of specific cost types e.g. travel costs, fees, marketing and sales costs, vehicle costs, technology costs.
-Analysis of sales and marketing  materials inventory results, breakage, scrap of finished goods, assets and materials.
-Ad hoc reports and business cases calculations, participation in projects, participation in inventory counting.
-Performs monthly the inventory and Excise related PBI reports; Calculates Excise guarantee.

– Updates the CF Indirect tool monthly; Performs Daily Direct CF follow up in Q4.
– Reviews and approves Level1 non PO invoices in Ariba system,
 

If you have the following … we want to hear from you!

-University degree in Economics, Business and/or Accounting.
-You have a desire for gaining experience in financial control and analysis.
-Understanding of Financial Planning, Performance analysis and Reporting, Management reporting, IFRS reporting standards, knowledge of USGAAP reporting standards is an advantage.
-You can work with statistical and financial analysis tools.
-You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
-Digital competence: Microsoft Office and SAP.
-Knowledge and experience of Power BI is an advantage.
