  • Construct and scrutinize our annual and quarterly P&L, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning.
  • Assess company performance at various levels, providing key insights on revenue and profit trends.
  • Engage in scenario analysis to forecast potential impacts on business outcomes.
  • Craft presentations for leadership that encapsulate financial insights and strategies.
  • Contribute to business process improvements and uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the ordering process, including order management, slot booking, stock control, outbound (transport), and returns.
  • Support the coordination of the order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse, logistics, and supply planning team to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to help address ways to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the finance and accounting team with processing credit claims and investigating root causes.
  • Help maintain relationships with supply counterparts.
  • Assist with weekly and daily service level reporting and identify discrepancies between internal data and customer data.
  • Help prepare dashboards for the customer.
  • Support monthly analysis on various supply topics for the department (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, etc.).

The experience we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
