Bring your best and enjoy the ride!About the role:Reporting directly to our Head of FP&A, as FP&A Analyst you will be playing a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Your missions

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and insights for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an analytical position in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience in fast-growing environments, preferably in scale-up – start-up. SaaS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel/Gsheet, and Google Slides skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in English.
